Defective / Damaged goods
If you have received defective or damaged goods, let us know within 24 hours and we will arrange for reverse shipment and replacement of the goods.
Returns & Exchange
- Return of goods will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Note that, in lieu of goods, no payment will be made via cash, coins or any other mode of payment.
- Exchange of goods will be accepted under the following terms:
(3a) Gold will be valued at prevailing market rate.
(3b) Diamonds will be valued, as determined by us, at 65% of market rate prevailing at the time of exchange.
(3c) Precious & semi-precious gemstones will not be accepted.
To apply for an exchange, your item must be in, the same condition that you received it.

Please note:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we approve the exchange, we will get personally in touch with you on our procedure to process the exchange.
You will be given equivalent store credit that you can use to buy products at Rasvihar.
Cancellations
Since we custom make your items, orders cannot be cancelled. After the order confirmation is generated and you receive the order number, we'll not be able to cancel the order.
